PRINCIPLE OF ROTO-FRICTION WELDING

Roto- Friction welding is by means of solid welding, utilizing the motion of mechanical friction and axis pressure to generate heat on the friction surface to plastic condition, and forge same or different material together.

1. Fasten the parts.

3.Materials contacting

4.Roto-friction to generate heat for welding.

5.Rotation brake, end impressed forge with pressure.

6.Clamping release, slide retracts, unload the materials,job finished.
